From south/east/west take the A9 north from the Inveralmond Roundabout on the edge of Perth approx 2 miles take the first slip road signed for Luncarty/Stanley, go over the A9 then go down the slip road on the other side you will now be heading south back towards Perth take the first exit on your left after the bus stop/layby this takes you over a small stone bridge (sign posted for Denmarkfield Farm) the house is directly in front of you.
